I've found that meditation is the best way for clearing ones mind of the daily stresses. I'm not sure of other ways. |

well, i've been on this site for a while, and have been experimenting with LD'ing most of the time, but for the past few weeks, ive been kinda out of it, and have been concentrating on school more hardcore but now im ready to start trying to lucid dream again... first and foremost: my recall is horrible. i think its because of school stress and what not, how can i reduce stress other then meditating, which i usually do for 10 minutes or so before sleep? Also, anything else i should be doing, as far as a "lucid lifestyle" goes? Or should i just concetrate on recall first? I have a DJ by the way. |
