i read in the tutorial that once you set up dream reacall you can notice personal dream signs. Ive recorded numerous dreams and there is no reocurring sign or theme. What should i do to pick up on the fact that i am dreaming? |

Well it seems like either you need more time in order to start recognizing trends, or you just might not have stable dream signs! |

yeah i will take shadow night wings advice, i have to kick it up a notch. By the way i have been recording my dreams for around 5 months now. Last night i had my first lucid dream, it was spontaneous but still exhikliritaing none the less, i hopped around and floated and actually thought that i had woken up. i was so happy because i thought there was something wrong with me but as it turns out everyone can, its just a matter of time and diligence. |

lets say that at a certain time every day, lets say six, i tie my shoes 5 times write i am dreaming 50 times and walk around the perimeter of my room 10 times. If i keep this routine up will i eventually do it in my dream and remember that im dreaming? Is this technique worth it? |

By recording and rereading your dreams, your thought processes in the dream state are being filed away in your subconscious. Most of the times I have become lucid I cant pinpoint an event or a sign that triggered it, so I see it as a subconscious recognition of thought processes. |
