I have to get up at 7:30 to go to school, and though I want to remember dreams, I just don't remember them after getting up... at least, not in the week. At the weekend (sunday, at least, since my school has saturday school), I remember dreams occasionally... please give me something to help...(not drugs or anything like that. I just want tecniques

Hi, welcome to DV!
I know just how you feel, as i work shifts, and if i have to get up early, i find my recall suffers. I do remember my dreams much better when i work lates or have days off.
I've come up with a technique which is individual to me but might work for you. At the weekend, tell yourself that you will remember your dreams, and then write down whatever you remember the next morning. You have to have a firm intention to remember, and at first you'll have to be quite motivated to write your dreams down as you may not remember much.
Once your brain gets into the habit of remembering at the weekend, you may find that you start remembering even when you have to wake up early. Happens to me occasionally, especially if i've been able to go to bed early the night before. just out of interest, what time do you go to bed on the nights before you go to school? If you go to bed earlier than normal, you might find your recall increases.
Another thing you can try is this. When you don't have to be up early, say at weekends, set your alarm to go off approximately 3-4 hours after going to sleep. Wake up, and write down what you can remember. This technique is known as Wake Back To Bed and can be found here
as for supplements, you might try B6. I tried it for a while and it did seem to help. When my recall came up, i stopped taking it, and i've never had a problem since.
Here also is a list of different supplements that other members of DV have found helpful in aiding recall and lucid dreaming.

So, check out those, i hope it's helpful to you. if you have any more questions, feel free to PM me.
