Hi all. I've only just discovered the site a couple of days ago and started doing a dream journal and reality checks about every 30 minutes. I managed to get a slight lucid dream on my first ever night after telling myself I would have a lucid dream but ever since I haven't been able to...(It was only for about 15 seconds..)
What's really bugging me, is that is it 100% vital to have 5-6 hours sleep and bit of wake before you can back to sleep? It's really impractical in the situation I'm in. For example, would it be possible to LD through normally going to sleep at nighttime after a long working day...I understand why the 5-6 hours but I want to know if anyone else has had a LD in my circumstances...
Anyway, great site you have here. Hope to have more LD's soon
