ok heres what you have to do: practice! practice doing reality checks throughout the day. each time you look at a digital clock, wether it be on your cell phone or whatever, do a reality check. that is, plug your nose and try to breath in. this is what's most effective for me, but if you already have a standard reality check, just do that one instead. it is imperative that you actually do this during your waking life, otherwise you will have no results in the dream world, as im sure you've heard many a time. good luck |
