hey all. my name is josh. ive been trying lucid dreaming for about 3 days . not alot of luck with the actual act of LD but alot of progress in writing down and remembering dreams. just wanted to say hello to everyone. josh

Hey Josh Yeah I haven't LDd either yet, havent had a lot of time to record dreams or try (been getting like 3-4 hours sleep a day the past 2 weeks, work sucks! then sleeping 12 hours on saturdays lol) but when I decided to start with the dream journal I hadnt had a dream i could remember in a few weeks, then night 1 I had 4 or 5 it was so amazing, I remembered them all. Also, the next day I felt really awake, refreshed and like the whole world had this strange dream like quality. But that was probably my imagination lol! Anyway welcome, have fun, and good luck!
