So basically I have had 2 LD's the first one I was in a completly white room, just staring at this person in the middle i then though 'old up ime dreaming..' instantly the whole thing went black almost the millisecound i had finished thinking that scentence and i then felt myself back in bed.

The 2nd time was a bit differnt I was in a car was quite a strange dream but to keep thing short and simple me and some one else in the front was driving along (not sure who as i was looking out the window) when we got blown into a lake the car instantly went under water and I took a nuge breath of air and I felt the car rolling over and again i though; 'hey.. ime dreaming this' and although the scene was completly black, the dream slowly faded away (i could kinda feel it slipping away but i wasnt an object at the point (I had dissapeared) if you get me so i couldn't spin or rub my hands to stabalise'

well basically any advise next time of what to do to avoid 'blacking out' or is it just a matter of waiting untill things piece together?
