Am i weird or is this normal?

Alright, so i've been reading a lot on these messege boards and i heard that when you sleep, you go into sleep paraylesis, and that you don't move and your body doesn't move much and such. Well i know for a fact (many ppl have told me) that i move A LOT in my sleep and talk outloud and sometimes yell and try and get into conversations with people and such, but when ppl tell me what i said i don't really connect them to my dreams if i remember them. I just recently got into LDs and haven't had any real deep ones yet and now i'm wondering if i will be able to or not, because of this "sleep talking" thing. Thanks for any info

P.S. -- In an LD can you still feel "excitement"? Not as in are you excited that you're LDing but like, say you're bowling and you bowl a 300. I understand that you know it's a dream, so will you be less excited because you know it's a dream and not reality? Thanks again for info

Sleep Paralysis only occurs during REM sleep. You could be doing all of that other stuff during regular sleep. I have Sleep Paralysis while I am awake, it sucks. (Just thought I'd mention that) Even though I'm halfway to a wild.

You should still be able to LD, you may even be able to use the fact that your connection to your body doesnt shut down all teh way to your advantage.... Like keeping a pen an paper at your side, perhaps witht he controlled movement within your LD you could write while in teh dream.. that would be awsome! much could come of that!!!

Dont knock dreams, they are as real as the reality if not more thatn the one I am typing in now =P
In my experience I feel the full gammet of emotion and sensation, in many cases everything is clearer, and well... It feels more real.

Like Seri said, they will feel completely real(at least in my case) and (in the example of bowling) you will only get excited if you wish to feel excited. If you don't care cause you know its not real then you won't, but if you do it and are amazed at how well its working then you will. Emotions are what you make them to be. You are pretty much the same person when lucid as when awake...
