      Talking

Hi eveyone. Just introducing myself. My name is Kevin and just turned 18. I just resently heard of lucid dreaming on thursday from a friend of mine at school and it sounds like a really fun experience. My friend has been studying lucid dreams for a couple months now I guess and he told me about his first lucid dream he just had a couple nights ago. He told me that he stuck his finger through his hand to make sure it was a dream. I was like, wow that sounds so cool lol. I can't wait to have my first advanture ..I just recently started trying to have dream recall for the last two nights. The first night didn't really work, but when I woke up this morning I did recall my dream right away and wrote it down in my dream journal. I'm planning on setting my alarm clock atleast once or twice a night so I can train my dream recall more. Anyways, just thought I'd stop by to say hi and wish me luck!! Bye all!! :yumdumdoodledum:

Sounds like a good idea. But just wonder, what does WBTB exactly mean? Thank you.

wbtb means Wake Back To Bed. Its a method to induce lucid dreams. basicly you wake up 4-6 hours after you sleep, read about lucid dreaming, think about lucid dreaming, or somthing along those lines. Then you go to sleep. Then hopefuly you will have a lucid dream. lots of people combine wbtb with other techniques like mild or wild or fild or somthing to make them more effective.

Hey. I am a music Theory and Composition major, you have to use all your spare time to do homework. If I could just hook up a printer cable to my brain, then I could just do it in my dream and print it off in the morning. Everyone would think I was a lazy bum, but I would just be using my time dreaming to do it....hehehe....
