      Hi,

I'd just like to say hello to everyone.

I've been having Lucid Dreams for years, I used find them scary as didn't know what they there. I then started looking around the Net and found out about about them and I now actively try to extend them. I tend to have DILD dreams and generally involve a false awaking, I then do a reality test (flicking a light switch) and I try to get a far away from my bed as possible, so far I have made it about 100yards. I also get sleep paralysis which even though I know what it I still find scary.

Is sleep paralysis somehow related to LDs?

For me it seems to be, My SP takes the form of, being stuck wanting to wake up but not being able to. To try to wake myself up by taking sharp intakes of breath. While trying to do this I hear a buzzing sound and buzzing feeling all over my body.
