HEY ALL! GUES WHAT, I AM NEW! HAHA. JUST ANOTHER NEWBIE. NOTHING SPECIAL OBOUT ME. TO TELL THE TRUTH, I AM 3 DAYS OLD. THATS HOW NEW I AM. WOW!! (NOT)

I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING A LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG TIME TO FIND INFORMATION ABOUT LUCID DREAMING. IT REALY FACINATES ME. I HAVE HAD 5 LUCID DREAMS IN MY LIFETIME(I THINK) I DON'T REALY KNOW. THAT IS THE DREAMS THAT I CAN REMEMBER. IT IS REALY FUN FOR ME TO HAVE A LUCID DREAM.

I WOULD LIKE TO REGULARY HAVE LUCID DREAMS. WHY? I WANT TO RELIVE MOMENTS IN MY PAST. I REALY MISS MY PAST. REALY WANT TO GO BACK IN TIME. MAYBE LUCID DREAMING CAN HELP ME RELIVE MY CHILDHOOD.

AFTER THE DIVORCE OF MY PARENTS, I WAS 11, THINGS GOT QUITE HECTIC. I HAD DEPRESION.
I FORGOT WHO I WAS. I DID NOT HAVE A PERSONALITY ANYMORE. I DID NOT KNOW WHO I WAS. I DID NOT KNOW WHAT I LIKE OR HATED. I HAD NO OPINIONS ABOUT ANYTHING. I ALWAYS TRIED TO BE MORE LIKE TIS PERSON OR THAT PERSON. I WANT TO GO BACK TO MY CHILDHOOD SO THAT I CAN COLECT IFORMATION ON WHO I WAS. I ALSO WANT TO RELIVE TIMES WITH MY FATHER. I DON'T HAVE 1 GOOD MEMORY OF HIM.

CAN LUCID DREAMING HELP ME RELIVE MY PAST? I AM NOW 17

I am strugling to remember my dreams. I can't remember them, because I imediately fall asleep when I wake up and remember my dream. never happened to me in the past

Lucid dreaming can help you relive your past. You can either view the memories, make a different decision and see the outcome, or make the memory even better with whatever you want in it.

It all depends on what you want.

Welcome!

Hi man'.. Welcome...
how old are u?...

I'm not sure if lucid dreaming can help you go back In time.. in your memory..
But LUCID DREAMING is great tool for a lot of things.. heres a list:
http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/inde...showtopic=9499

"I WANT TO RELIVE MOMENTS IN MY PAST": this is going to take time, dicipline, work but It cant been done by only lucid dreaming.

I practise Buddhism, and Buddhism teaches you to develope/train your mind..

Lets do and experiment.... you could say that you are aware of your life?? ..lets see.

If you are aware of your life.. can you tell me all the things you have said the last 7 days until this day?with details.. every word that has came out of your mouth???? ...(no,,, diden;t think so). if you are aware you could do this..right?

lets make it easier,, from 2 days ago until now? nooo???

easier// all the things you have done and said from this morning to this moment??? (lol.. no???)
Easier.. all you have said the las 20 min until this moment//???/ NO>???!!!

So you get my point... we are not aware of what happens in our lifes, we are like sleeping...
I know its sounds cliché but is true... we live our lifes in AutoPilot.

So...If you cant remeber the words that came out of your mouth the last 15 min.. you expect to remember what happen years ago?????.. Just puting things into perpective..

Good news, yes you can, but it takes like i said dicipline, work, study..
there are meditations that helps you with your atention/ awarness and there are specific meditations that focuse on the going back in your memory and relive thouse moments in yout life, but also helps you to undesrtand thouse moments, and shows you how to deal with thoose emotions .

This is just a spiritual option that worked for me... and I think it has alot to offer to everyone..

A this tradition have been practising LuciDs Dreams for more than 2500 years .. (dream Yoga)

make sure you get good quality info..
any questions message me..

Everything is possible,,..

Ben_

Scar,

One thing about lucid dreaming is that the better you are at being right here in the present, the better you are at becoming lucid in your dream. Also, your lucidity will only last about as long as you are able to remain firmly in the present once you become lucid. When you start to drift out of the here-and-now, it is easy to forget that it is a dream and you end up non-lucid.

Although it may be possible to relive the past in your lucid dreams, it is an extremely advanced thing to do. Ironically, I think you will find that before you can gain the ability to relive the past in your lucid dreams, you will need to no longer feel a pressing need to relive your past. It may not make sense to you right now, but it will.

How much of the day do you spend with your mind in the present (the mental state necessary to recognize whether you are dreaming or not)? Work on that.
