Yeah, they're dreams. I seem to get more of them, especially vivid ones, between waking up later and falling asleep again like between 8-10 AM if I'm still tired. |

I sometimes happen to have dreams just before waking up, in the morning, when i am half way between sleep and wakefulness. At the beginning i thought they were thoughts, not dreams, but recently i paid more attention to contents and realized they are dreams. Is anyone going to confirm this? Thank you. |

I can recommend the dream phases in the morning. |

Morning dreams for me are the most vivid and easiest to obtain lucidity with. They are also the easiest to recall without even trying. |
