OBE?

I was about to have an obe last night. It looks like I fell unconscious then I regian conscious throght the night. Anyway I was thinking about what other people said when they were about to have an obe, They siad they felt slight vibrations and as soon as i said that i think i was fully counscious Then it happended i was feeling vibrations like my whole body was shaking. I waited until the second vibration until i tried to leave my body. As soon as that happened i got scared because a ghost could have been waiting for me. So then i was confused and tried to wake up. I struggled While I had my eyes closed to wake up. Then I awoke. What this the beggining of an obe?

Nice job The vibrations are good, they mean you are... hmm i don't know exactly what the mean but you should read the treatise on astral projection to find out lol. But i know the vibrations are what you need. I often get freaked out and all that stuff when i try to OBE and AP and even WILD, so i know what you mean. As people have told me before, nothing you see or hear can hurt you, and the only reason you have to be afraid of it is because of the unknown. We are naturally afraid of the unknown and it's just something we have to get used to i guess Just remember that it's all in your mind Good luck w/ future attempts

I think you've confused WILDs and OBEs.

There's a fine line between what a lucid dream/WILD and an OBE is... personally I think an OBE is some kinda lucid dream, but thats just my opninion.
