Hello everyone. My name is Kyle and I've been interested in lucid dreaming for a number of years but never stuck with it long enough. I've had a few LDs after effort but for some reason lost interest. I'm really glad I found this forum though and I think it will help me a lot. Hope to see you all around.

Hy there Kyle, I'm pretty sure if you've been giving lucid dreaming a go in the past then you'll know all about the tutorials, but if not be sure to check that section out.
