So last night, I tried once again to WILD, I used a mixture of HI this time, and it seemed to work out better.

So last night I was lieing down, everything off, fan on low (gotta keep cool) and just sitting there, laying on my back, hands to my side, head arched up with two pillows. I lay down and close my eyes, for about 10 mins I look at white blurs go by behind my shut eyes. Soon enough the blurs get bright, I feel tingles in little spots, nothing out of the ordinary, but soon they get stronger.

This is where it gets strange. Soon enough My whole body was vibrating, now I read up on lucid dream A LOT, I know what phases of WILDS, and how people get scared cause of the "violent" vibrations, but im not scared, lucid dreaming is something I want to happen. Anyway im laying there and the vibrations start coming across my body, it was incredible, for a minute I felt weightless, and I actually started to see things behind my eyelids, in full color! Not just white blurs, and it was a guy at his computer looking at me, it felt like I was in space, I couldn't feel anything around me, its like I forgot all about the real world.

This is where I get stuck, I've made it this far, Lucid Dreaming is something I would love to do, my heart started racing incredibly fast when I saw this man, I immediatly opened my eyes after the image went away, and the vibrations were still there, but not as strong. So I lay down, and I do it again, in 5 mins the same thing happens, only I see the man for only a few seconds.

Now from what I read on the internet, once you starting seeing things like this, you just "walk through" can anyone help me define this path better? And why does my heart race, I mean, I used to get excited, and then it died down cause I wasn't getting anywhere, and now when I do my heart races like im scared, but I want to go Lucid, I just can't.

      Any Advice?

heya! WILD'S are indeed very difficult, and a lot of people find that they get stuck at the same point as you.

I have a couple of questions. When are you trying to wild? Being as you've read up on it, you'll already know that it's best to try it after about five or six hours sleep, right?

Also, when you get to the part where you are trying to 'walk through' are you over complicating it by thinking about it?
Maybe you need to do something as simple as see a 'door' and just go through.

I've had a couple of WILD's and they've always been after a good night's sleep, and usually after immediately waking from the dream world. I usually try to 'go back' to where i just came from, and give myself a cue to realise i'm dreaming, could be anything from a person to seeing an object.

Hope that helps a bit, i'll be happy to help you out if you need anymore advice.

Good job man, you almost made it.

How long have you tried to WILD? My only advice to you is to keep on trying because WILDs do get better after each try, and you're really almost there.
For example, instead of just lying there looking at that guy, you could have tried to walk toward him, the next thing you know, you're out of your body, in your room, and you could've turned around and see your physical body lying in the same spot. From there, only sky is the limit.

WILDs get better with experience, so don't give up!

When I get to the part where I see the man at the desk, Im just so amazed cause its in color, only its sort of Dark/Dim. and it feels more 3dish than 2d like it usually does.

I guess I just over complicate things by thinking to myself "wow, im really doing it". Lucid dreaming is something I would never of thought I could accomplish, but giving up isn't something I like to do, and with something like this, it opens up endless possibilities, it's just something I'd love to do, but thinking about all of this when im trying to go lucid dosn't help.

Usually I'll get home from school around 3pm, go to bed at 4pm, wake up a 10pm, go to sleep to try to go lucid around 11pm, and thats usually my schedule. Sometimes I don't go to sleep all day and at night I just try to WILD and this experince when I got really close was one of those days when I didn't take a nap, so maybe it's not neccessary?
