      Hey all=)

      Hello all of you=)

I'll give you all a little introduction of myself:

I'm a 17 year old boy from Norway and I'm going school (electronics) and I like that very much Anyways!

I've been reading alot on this forum the past two days and it seems like a very nice forum with alot of nice people =)

The reason I came across this was some random googling and when I started reading on Dreamviews.com .. it all seemed very intressting and "too good to be true" maybe ?

after I read it all I was totally amazed.. like have I missed something ?? I had never even heard of this and can it be as amazing as it sounds.. ! =)

For now I have made a Dream Journal and started taking notes in that these 2 mornings..

Also: I got one question.. for how long should I practice on my "Dream recall" and when should I start trying these WILDs and WBTBs and all of those.. I dont know what all of them mean yet =)

Sorry about all my grammar mistakes=) :sorry:

welcome Your story sounds alot like mine! started random googling, and ended up here!

as for your question, Keep practicing dream recall, till you can remember at least one dream a night, but even after that keep practicing. Start doing Reality Checks so you might do one in a dream, and do Lots of WBTBs (Wake back to bed) you can do those whenever. But dont try WILD (wake iniciated lucid dream) till you have at least had one. Its like, the hardest technique out there, and if you have never even experienced lucidity, how are you going to become lucid from the waking state? Chances are, you wont, so if i were you, i would hold off on the WILD for now.

anyways, welcome hope you have happy lucid times ahead of you
      Total lucid dreams=88

      Hey Woho! to the forum!

As for your question, keep improving your recall, you may even enjoy remembering and writing down your dreams each night, its one thing that many people believe to be valuable to learning to have lucid dreams, it is important because it helps alot so keep at it and try your best to record as much as you can, even if its the tiniest of details.

I recommend you try the techniques when you remember one or two dreams a night, this should be fairly easy to achieve, however please bare in mind that WILD is a hard technique to master so if you have any problems with it don't worry, just continue, if you continue to have problems with the technique then just try another. It is a hard technique however some people find it easy and some find it hard, you may be lucky. I wish you the best of luck, your off to a right start

It is perfectly normal for some nights not to remember anything, some nights you may be a litle more distracted or maybe something is on your mind, you don't always remember a dream every night. Don't worry about it and move on, congratulations on remembering some parts of a dream, your getting there!

Hey there, welcome to the forum!

That's a very good plan indeed waiting to build up your recall a little. After all, what's the point of having lucid dreams if you don't remember them?
