      Ok I got interested in Lucid dreaming after someone on Modern Wiccan posted something about it and i decided to research it. Well here I am.

      Would Lucid dreaming include in your dream that you relized your dreaming. I know thats what it is but i mean I havent controled my dream I have just relized that it is a dream and would it also be lucid dreaming if you can wake your self up if you are having a bad dream or whatever. feedback would be nice.

      Hey there Alex, welcome to Dream Views!

      It's lucid dreaming whenever you realise it's a dream really. That includes having little or no control and I suppose waking yourself up from a bad dream, asuming you know it's a dream at the time.

      Lucid Dreaming doesn't mean control. It simply is knowing your dreaming. You can have control without being Lucid, and you can be Lucid without control. They aren't one in the same, but the goal is to get both together. Being Lucid makes it so much easier to gain control, but doesn't neccissarily promise it.
