Thread: New To Lucid Dreaming

Hey Everybody,

I just signed up to this forum when my friend told me about it. It is so exciting to have a place where people can exchange and share tips and thoughts about lucid dreaming.

I'm a beginner and hope to get as far as possible with Lucid Dreaming.

Also, I have been researching and reading about polyphasic sleeping and I'm considering attempting it.

I would certainly research this sleep cycle. Most seemingly reliable feedback I have gained has not shown good results for this technique.
There are of coarse proponents too. Since I have not tried it myself I cannot give you a first hand account. But in researching it for other members a number of times, that is the conclusion I personally had cam up with.
