Hey! Welcome to the Forum!
Days, Weeks, Months. All depends. Each person is different. It also depends on how good your Recall is. Things like that. There is a wealth of information on our board, so just browse around and Im sure you'll find lots of helpful information. As well, asking questions is good too. Lots of people here are very knowledgeable and would be happy to help any way they can.
