Hi there, i'm new to this board and new to lucid dreaming, [started 2 days ago] and i tried to lucid dream using MILD i think and i had a dream that i was in a red house walking with my friend talking about how i was trying to get a lucid dream and then, within my dream, i had another dream but i realized THAT was a dream and i think i was lucid. i then left that dream to a dark room where my friend said, "bueno." and i said, "si, bueno." and then i said, "cool i'm doing it!!" but i got too excited and woke up.

was this a lucid dream? or a dream of a lucid dream?

i had another one [?] right after i went back to sleep where i was in my old house and opened a garage and then i realized i didnt have a garage so i realized it was a dream but woke up because i lost focus...

      can anyone help me out?

      Hi there, welcome.

Yeah, it seems you managed two lucid dreams, well done! Now it's an interesting question as to if you had a lucid dream or had a dream of having a lucid dream and one that's stupidly hard to answer. They both sound to me like lucid dreams, though with little control. Nice ways to increase control and clarity are by rubbing your hands together and saying simple comands like "increase control!" and "increase clarity!".

      thanks for the reply =]

i think im pretty sure about the 2nd one, although you're right--- at this point i dont have any control.. im definitely going to try the hands thing, and I read somewhere that spinning helps as well.

but anyone know about the first dream?
