      Hi,

Hmm, well getting enough and good quality sleep is very important. Maybe you should try and get
yourself into a good sleep routine so that you sleep at the same time each night. The more sleep
you get the better your dream recall will be - I have proved that time and again. The better your
recall is the more chance you have to have an LD the traditional DILD way. If you want to sleep
better don't play games late and watch TV late and cut out eating late and crappy foods.

It helps to have the intention that you will recall your dream on waking up so before you sleep
think to yourself that you want to remember your dreams upon waking. When you wake up
don't move unless to switch off alarm clock. Lay still and don't think about the stuff you will be
doing today. Let your mind clear and look for images or feel emotions. If you get anything
at all that you can remember write it down. If you want to go back to sleep write it down b4 you
go back to sleep or you will forget it -guaranteed - least it was a really vivid dream. My recall
was ZERO to start but now I can regularly recall dreams some of very large sizes and my recall
is almost daily. But you have to build it up bit by bit - like training yourself!

Also be careful that you don't sabotage yourself with how you are thinking you said something
about a conflict in your mind about wanting to recall and also not wanting too. You should make
sure that your brain isn't confused about that. There is no problem with recalling dreams it can
be fun and interesting and fun to remember and read them again later.

That was recall! LDing well you should read the tutorials on this site. If you want to aim for a
traditional LD (DILD - Dream Induced Lucid Dream) you need to start doing reality checks
(see the tutorials for more information), looking out for dream signs. You could also try the
big techniques of MILD, WILD and FILD and many others (tutorials) - you could also read:
      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucid_dreaming

You need to put in some time and attention on it and want to make it happen. I think that it is
worth it and I have only had 7 LD's so far in 1 year - so it can take a long time for it too happen
so you need a bit of patience as well!

LD's can be amazing things. Anyone can have an LD - so you will if you try your best

      Good Luck,

      Namaste

my best advise, if you smoke weed, quit. if you dont, start and same goes for alcohol. but don't go running to mom and say "some guy online told me to do it" I dont need that shit in my life

it's all up to you, but in the end I gotta do what I do and stay a crooked native too
in your wildest dreams you couldn't picture a bogan like me, haha
