I'm sorry to say this but it doesn't appear to have been lucid. Normally, we control our dream self anyway, lucid or non, the deciding factor in a lucid dream is whether you realise you are dreaming or not.

In your dream, at any time did you stop and think to yourself, "Hey, this is a dream, cool!"

It is at that point that you are lucid.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

Don't worry, keep on trying and soon you will have your first lucid experience...

I dont get how you try

I've kept a dream journal but I dont feel like i'm trying because if I could "try" I'd be lucid already

It is not easy to work on getting lucid. When I say "keep on trying" I mean keep on working on your method to achieve LD, or keep on looking for which method fits you best.

If you have been keeping a journal and using dreamsigns with no results, I suggest you also try reality checks, or you start using the Wake Back to Bed method, combined with a WILD or MILD. There are many ways to get lucid, you just have to find the one that works best for you...

There's no perfect method - find the one that works and suits you best
