Upon awakening after my intention is set, I can usually remember half to a full page of memories dealing with the dream, and I don't even write full sentences I usually write something like... |
|
Lucid Dreams: 2
If I could find you
And tell you about my life
Or maybe just write
And remind you of when we would dream...
|
|
There's no point in trying to omit details from dream journal entries, the point is to salvage as much info as you can before your brain moves it to the bottom of your memory. Having your experiences on paper like this is good practice for getting those memories back, which is why it's good to reread your dream journal every so often. |

How long is a piece of string. |

Our dreams are firsthand creations, rather than residues of waking life. We have the capacity for infinite creativity.

i'd say you have a better method of writing your dreams down than me, I write my dreams down like im writing it for someone else like, "I was walking along a road and saw a rabbit in the ditch, then I killed it" |
|
in your wildest dreams you couldn't picture a bogan like me, haha
I would suggest writing key point right after you wake up so you will not forget the whole dream. aslo i usually just write what i remember and that is my dream entry. Good luck with you Lucid Dreaming |

Yeah, I usually think about the whole dream and jot down anything cool towards the end. If I just start writing from the beginning, by the time I get to the end of the dream Ive usually forgotten it. |
|
also, you can make titles for your dreams, so when you write the title you can move on and come back to it and when you read the title your dream comes back to you |
|
in your wildest dreams you couldn't picture a bogan like me, haha
Congrats - sounds like you have a natural talent from dream recall! |
