supposed 2 inhibit dream recall? i havent been remembering my dreams lately at all even though i've been trying really hard. i even got valerian root and vit b-6 to help me. but last night i didn't take anything use the MILD or anything and i remembered 3 dreams in detail! i came home pretty drunk and just passed out... but also i got a lot more sleep than usual during the week (9 hrs) when i usually get around 5 or so and dont remember anything. would you think this recall would be more because of getting more sleep or because i had been drinking? it was kinda weird because in one of my dreams i WAS drunk and driving around and everything.

well, i remembered one. The last two days I remembered none, so one might call it improvement, but what I remembered wasn't as clear as I'm used to. I think I was just lucky last night.
