Thread: Another Newbie To Add To The Collection :)

Hi everyone!

I'm Kristy, 21, female (no, this isn't a dating add ) and I'm from the UK.

I stumbled across this site from the Astral Dynamics website on OBE's and AP.

I used to Lucid Dream all the time when I was younger but seemed to grow out of it, also at that age I didn't know what controlling your dreams was called or the fun you could have with it. It's only been in the last few months that I've found out I was actually Lucid Dreaming and have got back into it (though it has been hard), I'm not a natural Lucid Dreamer (well not anymore lol) so I'm still homing in on my skills

I'm also into Astral Projection and OBE's. I've been practising for a month solid now and have had two OBE's, one a conscious exit projection and the other from a Lucid Dream.

Well that's me so I'll stop rambling now!

I look forward to being apart of this place and learning more, more and more...

So you have been lucid dreaming as a child? Me too, remember one thing. Once a natural always a natural. you just have to awaken your skills again. You never lost them, they are just dormant. This place is awesome and it should help you hone in those skills once again. Take a look around the place and if you have any questions please feel free to ask.

Yeah, that's right, I've been LDing from a young age and never knew what it was lol. I used to suffer from pretty bad nightmares as a little un and just before I got attacked in them or saw something "evil" I would become Lucid and tell myself "Kristy, you're dreaming, wake-up NOW" lol. It was pretty cool because I knew if I had a bad dream I could wake myself up from it or even better, push my brother down the stairs when he was chasing me in a dream (oh the pleasure) lol. As I reached a teenager my Lucidity seemed to disappear and now I'm 21 I'm wanting it back, BAD!!! I'm doing ok so far, just need to have them more regular and have more control.

Aww, thanks re the avatar and no probs re saving it, use it too if you like, I have no problems with that (it would be a laugh seeing everyone get us mixed-up lol). Obviously guessed I'm an animal lover and Pagan then lol...
