      Been lucid dreaming for 3 years and I never heard of it... what is it?

      I beleive its opening your eyes fast and closing them again, while your eyes are closed.. so its like blinking, except your opening your eyes and closing them again about every 5-6 seconds. This usually makes you tired and your eyes feel heavier to open.
      It is impossible to live in the past, difficult to live in the present and a waste to live in the future.

      Yep. Basically all it is. Instead of having your eyes open, and closing them (blinking) every few seconds. Have your eyes closed, and open them very quickly every 5 seconds.
