Distorted Screaming??

one morning i woke up at about 6am i thought maybe i should try WILD for once... i think i was almost fell asleep but then my dad opened his bedroom door and shouted something to my mum... anyway i think i heard it and my mind woke up and my eyes were half open... i didn't realise i was in SP or i was in a half dream state and i tried to shout to my dad to be quiet! and i remember that when i shouted it sound all distorted! like a computer going bad or something!! The treble was off and everything! Then i realised that i was sleeping and started shouting to my dad.. "Don't Worry dad im sleeping!!!" "its ok dad!!!" Then about 2 seconds after i stopped shouting i realised that i did it all with my mouth closed!! i kinda woke up after that point! Can someone tell me if i was in hypngogic stage??? and how i can reach this point again without the help of being half woken up by my dad opening the door and shouting??

First of all, WELCOME!!!!! Second I believe that could be a very advanced state of the HI, or it could be an early state of the dream. It is a very confusing state to be in(I believe I know where it is) and therefore I probably can't tell you how to get there but having a succesfull WILD...

Did you talk to your Dad in the morning and ask him if he was actually shouting last night? That could've been apart of your dream world. Usually when you are falling into your dreamstate and you have SP you could actually here your dream world while you are taking your journey. Lots of people here voices and things during WILD's but its just your dream world already at work.
