How about trying some meditation and relaxation techniques throughout the day? Or doing something relaxing before bed, like drinking a glass of warm milk or caffine free tea? Make sure and get excercize, too, as it will make you more tired at the end of the day, and it will be easier for you to relax. But, it's really a matter of mentality. Tell yourself repeatedly that it's no biggie, and eventually, you'll get calmer. Welcome to the forum, BTW. |
