      Back after a long break!

I am taking a slow release pain killer (synthetic opioid) for back pain and have a lot of trouble remembering dreams - has anyone had this effect?

      Is this a newbie question?

      And I begin to wonder...

Welcome back, Klonoa! I'm not entirely sure about the effects of opiods on dreaming, but wouldn't think is out of the realm of possibilities to negatively affect recall. It's hard to know for sure, and it may have different effects in regards to dreaming on different people too.

Hmm, I'm not sure, I am on some meds (antidepressants actually) and they do wonders for the vividity of my dreams, (I've heard the opposite from many but, hey ) I hope your recall returns soon

You may want to try vitamin B12 or B6. Both of those are supposed to be beneficial for lucid dreaming.
