Hello. i just arrived at this forum.
I wasnt really looking for it, somebody just let me know it existed and then i read some stuff and then i thought: yes i should start this thing again. Because its like this: i tried some years ago really hard to have lucid dreams. i read about it. wrote letters on my hand for weeks to remember to RC. intented before sleeping to recall my dreams the next morning. That kindof stuff. I even started a DJ, but since i recall a lot of dreams often it took me too much time and i got bored of it. Writing down dreams give so many more descriptions to come back. i was filling pages with dreams; writing in between lines when remembering more detail.
I also had shared dreams with my current girlfriend. She was in France and i was in Holland and she told me about a dream she had and i recognized it and could add to her story and she recognized that. Turn out we had dream in the same night.
And a couple of months ago i had a dream in which i was a dog. It was amazing feeling dogfeelings and so. But that has nothing to do with LD. i will post about that one in the dream interpretation thread part.
Reading bout LDing on this forum really relighted my fire. I hope i can find some better techniques than the ones i tried sofar, because i really want to DREAM lucid.

Well thats my introduction. im open for suggestions

Hi there pawstalker and welcome to the forum.

The shared dreams seem interesting. Well you seem to know what you are doing with the Dream Journal and Reality Checks, which is good. Well if you need anything don't forget to ask , we are all friendly here and don't bite.

Oh and there's a Tutorials Section here which is one of the bests sources of information. Just look there if you haven't already.

Have fun

Hi pawstalker! I'd like to have a shared dream too!

Dream journals DO help after a while. Just make sure you have fun doing it. Like me; I comment my entries with random statements. Once I was having breakfast, and the entry ended "I like waffles ", emoticon included

Still, the most epic six seconds I have ever experienced...

Yeah, get in the habit of trying to remember your dreams and writing them down. The act itself stamps it into your memory more.
My dream journal has helped me bunches. ^_^

Does anybody know of some good RC-tut? It doesn't really make sense to me yet and i would like to do it right.
Just asking myself if i'm dreaming doesn't seem enough to me.

Well, what I do, and many others, is to try to stick your finger through your palm. If you can do it, your dreaming. Also, look at yoruslef in a mirror, in a dream we tend to look differernt or odd. You could look at a clock, then look away and look back to see if the time stayed the same. I always try to close a door using "powers" if the door doesnt close, im still awake. In dreams i can usually make them close just my looking at them and thinking.
