hi, i think i found this site when i was goggling "body vibrations". I have had several lucid experiences, none of which were brought on by any effort on my part. They were rather "dark" in that demons and other things of that nature were involved. I also had some paralysis during those dreams, although fully cognizant of my dreaming, i was unable to control some things, and actually was being moved by forces in the dream. I'd like to try a bit of lucid dreaming from an intentional point of view.

well hell...I was googling. ha! I've had some vibrations going on over the last two weeks, nothing outlandish and more noticeable when quiet. So it seems there are medical or spiritual types of vibrations. <smirk> oh yea...plenty of toy stores showed up too.

Probably take me a while to sift through the forums, i did see some note about adoptions, but not quite sure what the process/time frame is.

I'd really love to visit some of my very dear friends in my dreams...for real not just as a silly goodbye phrase..."sweet dreams"

Lol. Anyways, if the vibrations are occuring during your sleep then it could be some form of sleep paralysis. Or it could be your body unconciously trying to WILD (I doubt this though). You came to the right place. Search the forums, there are several recent threads about your situation.

The adoptions is just this system that we have to promote a closer community, build friendships, and give each newbie the attention they deserve. The adoptee signs up at the adopt me thread and gets adopted. The relationship between the 'parent' and 'child' is really just to provide personal encouragement and suggestions to help the newbie.

saw several references to that, (WILD) what is it? I guess google brought me to a thread about vibrating, folks were talking lingo though....

thanks for the welcome, I totally understand as I am a moderator on a "discussion" group that sometimes gets over 200 emails a day....

as a matter of fact we are about to leave yahoo groups and use a forum similar to this...so sweet...I get to practice some more so I can learn the heathens...

Wake Induced Lucid Dream

It is where you pass directly from waking state into a lucid dreaming state.

I experience these vibrations as I am WILDing. They begin as a mild shaking, almost like you get when you don't eat soon enough, then build until it feels like your whole body is shaking, the subside, followed by a gentle sinking feeling and then you are in the dream.

At least that is how it is for me =P
