Is it a good idea for lucid dreams to go to bed around the same time each night, or is it more important to find a time to go to bed where I seem to have better recall in the morning? Once I find the time then, I assume both would be important...

Yea, getting steady sleeping patterns are very important. Your mind and body will recall better when it knows when its going to have to recall dreams.

Tch, then my body and mind must be completely confused. I stay up for days at a time and fall asleep at three in the morning. I suppose I shouldn't do that then. ...aw...

you might want to stick to a certain window, yes, but do something in advance to make you tired enough so that you go to sleep
