I had a dream this morning Ive been at the site all day and started reading about other peoples dreams (I find these really really interesting!) so I decided to write mine down like I read on this site. I was just wondering though...what is the best time to go to bed at for getting lucid dreams...thank you for listening

Then wake up and write down ANYTHING YOU CAN REMEMBER. Then, set your alarm in 90 minute cycles. Wake up and do the same thing. Fall in love with your dream journal.

Thank you for your tip! I usually have trouble getting to sleep when I go to bed it can take anything from 45 mins to an hour getting to sleep for me I usually go to bed late at night like 1:45 am or 3:00 am so Im going to try and go to bed as early as I can these nights so I can try and get better attempts at lucid dreaming. Hopefully I will catch on to lucid dreaming, after that I want to move on to dream sharing if possible with one of you! 8)

WELCOME!!!!! I would like to add a small thing to lowercase's recommendation. When you get up, stay up for 30-60 minutes. During this time the objective is to wake your mind up as much as posible. This will help you recognize that you are in a dream, once you re-enter the dream world.

Welcome to the family SD Rockman. I see your heart is fully into it, so don't change up because thats what it takes. A strong will and desire! You will see it's not as hard as you think. Im going to tell ya I don't know how it really feels to experience your first lucid dream but I've heard people say it's a hell of a rush one in which you wouldn't experience in the same fashion, very close to your first Piece of Ass. Sorry for being graphic, but hey, You gotta admit your first piece of ass is something that you will never in life forget. Haha... Good Luck on your endeavors bro!

Hello thanks for the reply ShadowNightWing You dont worry about being graphic Im not easily offended Ive been writing down my dreams in a notebook I hope to have my first lucid dream by end of this week if thats possible. I always go to bed saying to myself "Iam going to have a lucid dream". I have been thinking about lucid dreams non stop ever since I came across this website, and with all the nice people who come to this site Im bound to have one! I set my alarm last night for 4 and a half hours last night to wake me up but couldnt get back to sleep because I had watering eyes and runny nose because of hay fever Do I need to do anything else to help me get a lucid dream?
