      Hello there, want to know what got me turned onto lucid dreams? Vanilla Sky, i didn't beleive it at first but after doing some research i found this forum. So i'm saying hello and lookinf forwrad to posting results.
      Also has anyone read a book called"Lucid Dreaming" by Stephen LaBerge?

      Most of us have read the book - we refer to it as ETWOLD. He's sort of the granddaddy of "modern" lucid dreaming thought, as he's the guy who managed to prove it's real.

      Actually, LaBerge wrote 2 books. The first was "Lucid Dreaming." The most recent, which is the granddaddy of LDing, is E(T)WOLD.

      Hi and welcome Reaper_vai.

      I've never seen Vanilla Sky. I just can't stand Tom Cruise.. if I'm thinking of the right movie.
      I've skimmed bits of LeBerge's ETWOLD but haven't sat sat down and really digeested it. I know I should get around to doing that because it is like the Lucid Dreamer's bible.

      Have you or are you going to start a dream journal? That helps alot when first starting out.

      What don't you like about Tom? He's as fake and self absorbed as they come but he makes good films. Vanilla Sky i love because of the emotional aspect to it and its how i found about lucid dreams.

      Ever wonder if it's all just a dream? With positive thinking things can turn out for the better?

      I'm going to start a journal. Just need a safe way to store everything, don't want other people reading it.

      Any suggestions?
