how do i dream about something again?

last night i had a dream about someone i really like, i've met her a few times but being who she is, she can't hang out too much because she's real busy with her career. in my dream i know i was dreaming, but everything was just nice... i woke up for a few seconds, then i went back to sleep and the dream continued. does anyone know how i can get this dream going on again? p.s i've had a dream like this a few years back, but i dreamt about her 5 days in a row, and each dream took off where the last started, i had no idea how that happend but it did thanks

WELCOME HENRY!!!! Resuming dreams is not an easy task for many people althought it comes natural for some. In my case I have only been able to do it once . All I can suggest is you use the power of suggestion and repeat to yourself several times that you will re-enter that dream. Then try to recreate that dream in your mind and start to consiously imagine what happens next. Chances are you might actually start dozing off more and more until you actually enter the location physically(well physically in the dream world, I mean)

Reoccuring dream? Sounds like it could mean something. Truth has great advice about using reptition to get it into your head what you want to dream about. But last bit of advice: Don't dwell in the dream world too much! Try to talk to her more in real life! And WELCOME!

Welcome to the forum Henny! What TruthBearer said about using the power of suggestion/repetition sort of thing to continue the dream is probably the best way to go about it.

Try to talk to her more in real life![/b] i try to, i saw her a few months ago for a night... truth is, she's a "celebrity" i guess you can say, but i met her way before she became one and it's hard keeping in touch when she's always on the road. once again, thanks everyone
