Hi, i just came across lucid dreaming like 3 days ago. I decided to give it a shot because i have experience odd things while sleeping.Sleep paralysis, hypnagogic hallucinations and crazy stuff like that. I started to keep a journal 3 days ago and so far i have had no luck remembering my dreams. But last yesterday i became lucid after waking up in the middle of my sleep. I felt some strong and odd body vibrations.Then i found myself in the middle of no were. I was floating around in space i believe but then i saw a squirrel and thats all i remember. Pretty awesome experience even though i cant remember much of it lol.

Well done on your lucid dream! First of all, when you start lucid dreaming, it is pretty hard to control much, but, as you gain experience, you can do more and more.

Awesome , thanks alot. I looking forward to controling my dreams. As i have never been able to control anything in them. They are like a movie all i do in them is play them out , play my role in the movie.

I actually like riding my dreams some time cause they take u to amazing places sometimes or expierences really =] i still lucid dream as well though and hope some day to be able to induce them with ease like a meditation process i guess but thats because i want to be able to dream and make up crazy expierences for me to have cause man dreams are sooo much fun =] well any ways best of luck to you and that song Ad a Glgnut or whatever by Between the burried is fuckin sick man1! =]
