      Hello, I've just found this forum through Google. I've just started a journal on my dreaming hours. I find the more dreams I record, the easier I can control my dreams, and realise when I'm actually dreaming. I often encounter SP, and more often than not, it's not a pleasant experience. So hello everyone, I'm sure I shall be around fairly often.
