Don't fear falling in dreams. Dreams are the mind's universe. Your mind's universe. What you believe in the dream, is so and will be. If you fear that you'll feel pain or die, your mind will make it happen(in the dream). That's why with most people their body forces them to wake up. Because their convinced of immanent death or pain. Next time your standing on the edge of a 700m drop, first become aware of the dream-state and jump. Just jump, enjoy the felling of free falling and be constantly aware that you WON'T die or even feel pain when you hit the bottom. You might even float down if you want to. You'll land unharmed on your feet and experience a change in the dream's situation. The hard part is being aware of dreaming. |

well i felt my body jolt and my lands thrash out and my body go into the air.. my mom said she didnt see me do anythinglike that... i was sleeping on the couch next tto her, she was on a recliner |
