Talking

Guys I think I am making progress . Last night, I tried WILD while going to bed. On at least 3 separate occasions (all within 15-20 minutes of each other) I felt tingly and like I was zooming away from my body, through the bed (down), and laterally through the headboard. The first time, I was kind of like "WTF IS THIS!!!" and after about 15 seconds, came back to full awakeness again. The second and third times, I tried letting it happen, by just going through all the images I saw (I had my eyes closed), but to no avail. If I was in SP, I kinda like it . I think I will try this during the week (maybe tonight), an hopefully will have a LD!

Next time I try, I am going to try to imagine the dream I want to have while in that semi-SP state. The only thing I am afraid of is my dream recall, which hasn't been very good this weekend, or the days leading up to it . If I have a LD, am I more likely to remember my dream? Thanks for any and all responses in advance.

      ~Ryo

If it's one of your first ones yea because you wake up excited and want more, well it was like that for me anyways. If you are experianced you should remember most LDs vividly because of your dream recall and your journal.

Good luck, B6 is great for recall and lucidity, stay positive.

Keep at it Ryo, I think you'll definitely do it this week!!

I think you are marginally more likely to remember a lucid dream than a non-lucid dream but don't rely on that, you need good recall, I've remembered lucid dreams long after waking up and thought how could I forget that. They could have easily been forgotten.

To improve my dream recall, personally I find just focusing on an induction technique helps because I know I need to remember to 'have' a lucid dream!

By the way I love your avatar!

I suggest if you feel like the dream is fading, or going away, wake yourself up.

Scream "GET UP!" or run into a wall lol, anything. If i wake up directily from a LD i remember more visual details then remembering after waking up 3 hours later.

I also suggest taking more then 50mg b6, try 100 :-) or 150 :-) Health? Who cares. lol. And take it like 3.5 hours into sleep, so its rageing through ur 4 hour REM cycle and your 6 :-D

You said "you try wild while going to bed" You tried it after you awoke from sleeping right? Not directily from being awake all day?

----->>> Sounds like you are doing awsome, thats about as far as i have gotten with WILDing, i need to get it down too, Try it untill you get it, dont be like me and try it 5times then stop for a year and start trying again :-O <<<---

I think WILDing will be very rewarding once i get it down, same with you.

      Good luck.

Alright, I'll try more of the B6 tonight than I have before, prolly 150mg. Umm I usually am better at WILD's before I go to sleep, because I am usually so out of it when I wake up for 10 minutes that I can't do a WILD. If it doesn't work right as I go to bed tonight, then I will make sure to wake myself up enough to try WILD in the morning.

Thanks for all the advice, and Jess, If you want to get an avatar like that, just do an image search for fractals.
