A Good Technique? Yes or No

Hey I got a question, I tried this technique, and it works for me, so im wondering if it works for you, and is a good technique

Before I go to sleep, i close my eyes and keep saying in my head, and aloud "I am Dreaming, I am Dreaming" It seems that the phrase stays in my mind, and makes me Lucid Dream. If you can Lucid Dream, and successfully remember it, then could you tell me if it works?

Sounds like he had experiences with MILD, WILD, and a bit of sleep paralysis and HI.

Oh wow. I had my first LD last night, and that is EXACTLY what I did, well, at least very close. It acn get extremely psychologically tiring to think "I am dreaming" over and over.. (try it now, I doubt you will even think it 50 times, without getting too exausted to finish)

Anyway, my .. technique, only used once, is to bolt upright when I feel I am about to fall asleep, and quietly say "I am dreaming". Also.. Caffeine induces ludcid dreams I've heard. Drink a can of (preferably diet because it doesn't have sugar) pepsi or coke 30 min before you go to bed.

Everyone is different.. some people can repeat 'I'm dreaming', etc or visualise a scene repeatedly - with great success.
Others can't sleep while doing all that.

I find it works for me sometimes... but depends on my state of mind.

BTW, if you can go to sleep while concentrating like this, you should try using the VILD method - look for the explanation at the ld4all forums
Apparently can have a 100% success rate, but only for some people.

WELCOME!!!! The most important thing is to find the method that works best for you...
Placebo, stop directing people to the enemy !!! We can help them here, why send them elsewhere?
      If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...
