Thread: My first Lucid 'experience'?!?

ok well before bed i took a glass of V8, a centrum (combined vitamin 'A to ZINC') and two 50mg B6 tablets.

this is the third or so night of me trying this practise, with each day coming greater detail dreams.

But last night I had quite a long and extinsive dream and during what i would call the end, I was naked and starring at the whiteboard at the front of the class. and in the corner of my eye I saw a clock and somehow either me being naked or seeing the clock reminded me to do a reality check, counting my fingers.
at first it seemed like I could count 5 of them but then my hand seemed blurry as though i was holding my other hand behind it an shacking it violently and then i lost the ability to distinguish ANY fingers at all.
THEN I REALISED I MUST BE DREAMING

and at that point I felt quite a sensation, as though I had unlocked some kind of door, everything in the room glinted for just a second and its as though time froze ever so briefly.
I then presumed to attempt to teleport by closing my eyes and picturing an image of china (i think?) but as i opened my eyes I was still in the classroom, But I knew I was still dreaming.
Then I woke up.

I presume this is a Lucid Dream? and would it be a DILD?
Any tips on where to go now with my lucid dreaming?

Congratulations, that was indeed a DILD

I would suggest you just keep up what you are doing. Don't worry so much about control at the moment, work on getting more LDs, control will come later
