I suggest you read the tutorials to be informed on what methods some of us use. Sometimes it is specifically one of those methods or perhaps a combination of a couple. I, personally use a WBTB (Wake back to bed) techinique, and wake up after 5 hours of sleep. I stay up for an hour trying to gain awareness and then atthempt a WILD or, if I am aware enough, just go back to sleep knowing I will become lucid... |
