Should I introduce myself?

Seriously, do these introductions mean anything? Hi, I'm so and so and I lucidly dream, will you be my friend? Come on, does anyone really care? So, I post an intro...everyone thinks 'cool, another lucid dreamer, big deal', right? lol. I found this community days ago, and until now, I've decided to post. Interesting. You all are an interesting crowd. Cliche--- but I always have thought I was the only weird one that lucidly dreamed, with the exception of one or two people. Then, I come online and think, shit, look at all these weird asses that dream just like I do. Some of the stuff I read from other posters is like I've written myself. I'm a writer, and most of my works stem from my dreams. Dreams Work, kind of like the production company called DreamsWork. I've sold two stories/ideas. One to an indie film company (independent films), and one to Warner Bros'. Should I come out and say 'hey, I'm a female from CO, raising four kids and writing screenplays? Does it really matter? Or can I just introduce myself as an experienced lucid dreamer? My motto: You live, you learn, you dream and then you die. Just waving hi to everyone.
