i am wondering because there are so many techniques and i would like to know which ones work the best.i tried the fild technique two nights in a row and it didnt work. i should also add that i've had several lucid dreams already just by chance. |

you're gonna have to try it for more than two nights... |

Any technique combined with WBTB seems to work best. Even if you can't do a MILD or WILD or what have you properly, WBTB gives you a better chance of spontaneously having an LD. |

I totally agree with Mes Tarrant.. any technique combined with WBTB certainly seems to increase your chances for lucidity (personally I use WBTB with WILD). |
|
to start out i suggest wbtb and mild once you master tht experiment with wild. |
|
i know this abit out of the blue, |

In my opinion the WBTB is needed to have a lucid, don't get me wrong you can lucid dream with out WBTB, it just helps. |
