      Voices in my head

A few times I have had this really weird experience, when I think i'm awake - it's usually nearing the time when I would get up-, im lying in bed, and it's as if I can hear all these people talking to me in my head, I can just lie there listening. It seems like I have spent like 10 minutes listening before.
Now this could be just be a weird recurring dream.....but does anyone know what it means? Or have experienced something similar before?

      Hi,
those are probably hypnagogic hallucinations. Can be in the form of sound, imagery or both at the same time. You don't have to be in sleep paralysis to experience these hallucinations. But yeah, it happens to me all the time .

Here is an explanation from wiki: Hypnagogia (also spelled hypnogogia) describes vivid dream-like auditory, visual, or tactile sensations, which are often accompanied by sleep paralysis and experienced when falling asleep or waking up.
