      Hi

hey just sayin hi to everyone on the site, i found this site when i searched how to lucid dream. I've always wanted to be able to, probably just for the fun of it. I remember having 3 lucid dreams in my entire life, one this year, and 2 last year, but this year when i was dreaming then realised i was dreaming i made myself wake up which was kinda silly but the room in my dream was kinda freaky, i should stop typing now.

      sweet dreams all

Edit: Also a question, i read other posts, and one was talking about something to do with 'WILD technique' what does that mean? sorry if its a stupid question but im completely new to all this.
      thanks

      Welcome to the forums!

As for the WILDing - have a dig-through the tutorials, they'll explain in more detail than I can. Basically, it's a technique for entering dreams directly from being awake. As far as I know, anyway.

Hey, a WILD stands for a Wake Initiated (induced?) Lucid Dream. Basically its like what fluffy said but when you fall asleep, you are letting your body fall asleep while keeping the left hemisphere (logical side) of your brain awake so that you can be aware in your dream

      Welcome to Dream Views KawaiiOokami.

Good luck and lots of fun with your lucid dreams to come.

Seems the others have filled you in about WILDs. Guess all that's left to say is visit the link Clairity left and you'll find out there are several other methods and tutorials that will help you to learn to lucid dream.

Again, welcome and hope to see you about.
