Dream Recall - 5 dreams

I have been keeping a dream diary for around 3 weeks now and yesterday i was ill so i went to sleep early at 5:30 i then woke up at 5:30 in the morning and remembered 5 dreams However some nights when i have only eight hours sleep a night i remember none or 1 But others that i have less sleep i remember 2 or 3 its not consistent Does this matted could i begin to try and lucid dream ? And what step should i take next to start my lucid dreaming ? thanks

That seems right, some times I don't have any dreams that I remember, other times I've have six or seven. There are tons of variables: how tired you are, what you've eaten, stress load... The next step is to start reality checking and trying to DILD or WBTB.

had about 7 dreams today 1 of them was lucid that ended in a few seconds slept 14 hours without care
