Hey guys, i am new and want to have lucid dreams. I am just curious, are there any kind of side effects (whether mental or physical ) of lucid dreaming? |

If by side effects you mean, a more enjoyable and fulfilling life, than yes. There are plenty of those kinds of side effects. I have never experienced anything bad, from a lucid dream. If anything, I would bet that it enhances your intellegence and mental abilities. I mean, look at our members. Do we seem stupid to you? |

Nope, you won't feel tired mentally or physically. Even though you're conscious you're still sleeping and getting rest. |

I'm a lot more observant in every day life as a result. Plus, every time I have a lucid dream - even a short one - I get a morale boost and I wake up refreshed. |

That would be me, but it doesn't make me tired: two 4 hours blocks, but it doesn't affect me at all. |
