      Hello

      Helly everyone,

I ran apon this site through another message board over at weplayhere.com and thought I would give Lucid Dreaming a shot.

I just started my Dream Journal last night/this morning. I normaly dont remember my dreams but tonight was different. I repeated to myself 'I will remember my dreams when I wake up'. Out of the three times I woke up I only remembered one dream but I suppose thats a start rather than none.

I just have one question: How exactly should I write my journal? Ive been just putting key points down but Im not sure if I should be writing it as a story... Any help here?

Im excited to improve my skills and I will keep you guys updated on my progress.

      Thanks
      ~Brandon (crash)

      Hi Brandon (crash)!

There is no "one way" to write your journal.

Some people just write snippets of their dreams.. others write paragraphs, some put images, or feelings, others draw pictures.. whatever helps to bring a dream back to you when you read over it the next morning is appropriate.

btw, welcome to Dream Views and should you have any additional questions, please ask and we'll do our best to get you answers!

Hi and welcome to Dream Views crash.

Nice job starting on the journal and with recall already.
As for how to keep a dream journal, in my humble opinion it's a good idea to title your dream and then either jot down key points at first or if it's a significant dream, go into deep detail. A little later perhaps start fleshing out the dreams as you become more experienced at recalling them.

      See you around.
