do u have to sp during wild?

i ask this question because a couple of day ago i tried wilding for the 3rd time and eventually i went straight into an ld without every having sp. i was kinda confused at first because it seemed like a just woke up in my kitchen looking over my shoulder so i did an rc and i was dreaming.

Well, people will often experience different sensations when they go through SP, physical sensations are almost certain but it's possible they were to slight to notice, or maybe you were starting to doze off

A more detailed explanation of what happened would make things easier, if you can explain more than that.

nope you dont need sp. WILDing is going from wakfullness to dreaming. a little detail would be nice like kyzand said though.

oh sorry i didnt give a more in depth explanation.

well i went to sleep for 5 hours and i awoke and stayed awake for about 40 mins. i went back to sleep and as a i was falling asleep i felt some vibrations and i saw some sort of scenery that i really cant remember but i remember it was kinda like a forest. anyway i guess i fell asleep because the next thing i knew i was in my kitchen. i was kinda freaked out because i couldnt explain how i was in my kitchen. so i held my nose and i could breathe perfectly fine and then i went into my living room and flicked the light switch, that was oddly on the wrong side of the room, and nothing happened. i understood that i was in an ld so i tried to conjure some shit with my mind and it worked. so i went into the bathroom so i could calm down a bit and i heard knocking on the door and right when i looked up at the door i awoke hearing someone knocking in my waking life.

      Lightbulb

The vibrations for me come directly after SP. Like I said, you might not have noticed for some reason, it may have been slight, or, as freefire said, you couldn't have had SP at all. I don't see how you couldn't have SP or you'd be flailing all over the place why you're dreaming, or even sleepwalk if you had a false awakening! I guess the SP happened during a period when you were'nt concious enough to notice it... Maybe it happened very gradually. SP hits me like a rock, and after that it feels like there's a weed whacker inside me! I can only make guesses, I can't feel what you feel

Depends what you mean by "awake". You can have SP when your mind is awake, but not when you're body is awake. SP is what puts the body to a complete motionless rest—and your body needs to be completely still for a while for SP to set in.

With experience, comes more of an ease to relax your body whislt keeping your mind awake.
